Denise has been personal training for many years now. Her journey began when she discovered the benefits exercise had on her own health and wellbeing. After pushing herself to achieve personal goals such as running half marathons, she began to delve further into learning about the body and how the body moves. Studying to become a personal trainer has been the best decision she has made.

Over the years, Denise has worked with people from all walks of life. She enjoys seeing her clients take ownership in their health & fitness journey and believing in their capabilities while accomplishing their goals and ambitions.

Denise uses her passion to help others see what they are truly capable of.

If you are looking for a wellbeing approach Denise is the person for you. She is patient and encouraging. Denise will motivate you to achieve your goals however big or small.
