CRG Shared Resources Hub

Welcome to the CRG Shared Resources Hub — a space for Community Resilience Groups to access 'teamplates', best-practice guides, and processes.

By working together and sharing knowledge, proven tools, and great ideas that can be adapted to suit different communities, we can save time, reduce duplication, and promote consistency. This allows us to focus our efforts on ensuring every community in the Queenstown Lakes District is safer and better prepared.

QLDC is happy to assist with the cost of printing your resources, like brochures or posters, either on an annual basis or when significant updates are made to a file.

To request printing support, please first check in with your Emergency Management Advisor (Craig, Dave, or Jacqui) to discuss your requirements and agree on the quantities needed. Then, contact our QLDC Communications Team and include the following details in your email:

  • The name of your CRG

  • The file to be printed

  • Size specifications (especially for posters – A3 or A0)

  • Print on…paper/cardboard/corflute

  • Quantity required

  • Delivery address/pick-up.

Please be mindful when requesting print quantities that 18 CRGs are sharing a limited budget, so we’re trying to be fair to everyone and save some trees where possible.

QLDC's Communications Team will arrange a purchase order (PO) number and coordinate the printing on your behalf.
