Holiday alert! Kerbside collections scheduled for Good Friday will be a day later than normal (even recyclers need a holiday!). The Queenstown and Wānaka Transfer Stations will be closed on Good Friday 18 April. Walking Netball

Walking Netball will be back on Thursday 1 May 2025

Walking Netball at Wānaka Recreation Centre is a great way to get moving, learn new skills and have a blast with friends. It involves playing netball, but running is not allowed! One heel must be on the ground at all times.

  • It’s great for new players, older players, injured players and anyone looking for a simplified version of Netball.
