Annabel’s passion for exercise began with rowing, where she first explored the body’s physical and mental limits. This led her to study Physical Education at the University of Otago, where she developed a deep understanding of human movement, strength, and wellness.

Annabel believes in training for life beyond the gym, emphasising strength for ease in daily tasks and activities. Whether you're recovering from an injury or looking to prevent one, she tailors her programs to help you build resilience and strength, helping you to stay active and pain-free. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help you move better, feel stronger, and enjoy every moment of your life.
