What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that focuses on deepening flexibility and cultivating stillness. It's perfect to improve joint mobility, enhance circulation and balance the body's energy.
Where and When is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga with Keity will be every Monday at 9.15am.
Yin Yoga will be held at Paetara Aspiring Central's studio space.
Cost
Yin Yoga is just $12.50 per session. Or you can buy a 10-visit pass for $112.50.
The 10-visit pass for yoga includes our other classes as well!
