Give this more challenging session a go. It's a step up from AquaFit and from the feedback we've received so far, AquaMix is harder than it looks!
Because AquaMix is a low impact, full body workout it's ideal for people recovering from injuries or experiencing stressed joints. Please note that it is essential you are capable of swimming in the lap pool.

Where: Alpine Aqualand
AquaMix sessions are 45 minutes in duration and free with your pool entry. So if you're already a member of Alpine Aqualand or Alpine Health & Fitness, you can come along to AquaMix free of charge. Even better, there's no need to sign up; just come along as and when you please.
We use various equipment at AquaMix and you will be wearing fins during the whole session. Essentially we're swimming lengths; continuously kicking our legs, moving our arms and really strengthening our cores.
