We have a lane especially reserved for Aqua Jogging every day of the week at Alpine Aqualand and Wanaka Community Pool, subject to pool bookings/closures. Aqua Jogging is the perfect way to warm down after a gym work out or get a low impact leg work out (especially if you have any hip, knee or ankle issues) and it’s a great social activity to do with your friends.

If you want an extra challenge in the water you can create resistance by adding an aqua belt and aqua bars to your workout – you won’t believe how much resistance the water can create!
