AquaMix, AquaFit and Aqua Jogging are run as Group Fitness classes - meaning anyone is welcome to attend, any time they like, and the classes are free with your pool entry.
Tri Squad and synchro sessions are run as block periods, meaning you will usually need to book this class for a period of time.
