Our dedicated, theatre-style RPM studio features 30 bikes. Custom built with state-of the-art lighting and sound facilities, we'll take you through an exciting Les Mills RPM and Sprint experience, with up to 15 classes on offer each week (and at least one every day!).
RPM classes are free with your gym entry but you do need to book online in advance. Max one booking per person.
Bookings open 24 hours before each class starts and close 30 minutes before each start time. Due to the popularity of our bike classes we will have to cancel your booking if you're not here to collect your pass three minutes before the class starts if other customers are waiting.

Your booking is only confirmed once you receive an email from us. If you do not receive an email there is no guarantee that your space has been booked (but check your 'trash' folder just in case!).
Should you wish to cancel your booking, click the magnifying glass icon under 'Manage Upcoming Bookings'. We do appreciate cancellations at your earliest convenience to allow others to take your seat.

Les Mills RPM
The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your inner athlete while you sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
Les Mills RPM Easy Rider
Our introductory RPM class (with just 7 tracks over 35 mins) comes with lots of tips and guidance throughout the class.
Les Mills RPM Enduro
On the first Thursday of the month at 6.00pm we get really hard core with RPM Enduro - 15 tracks over 80 mins! These classes are held during the cooler months only, usually starting in April each year. Have you got what it takes to last the distance? RPM Enduro bookings open from the Monday before the session.
Les Mills Sprint
30-mins of high intensity interval training on a bike. Sprint gets your heart rate up where it needs to be to give you great fitness results. Beginners are best to try RPM first!
