Ruth Wilkinson

Ruth originally hails from Sydney, Australia. She first joined the fitness industry by becoming a Les Mills instructor, later qualifying as a Personal Trainer. Ruth combines her instructing and her Personal Training to encourage and inspire others to change their lives – to share the passion she has for exercise and wholefood nutrition and to lead a healthy lifestyle. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals, to recognise their full potential and believe in themselves.
