He has worked with clients of all ages with goals ranging from higher energy levels and improving the quality of everyday activities to specific sports performance and conditioning. His motivation is to guide clients to set realistic goals and achieve them efficiently. As a Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Jose believes that effort, commitment and discipline are the keys to success, not only in sports but all aspects of life.
